Magdalena started her career in the wellness industry during 2011 when she qualified as a massage therapist (Gloucestershire College). In 2017 Magdalena graduated from the Open University with a Bsc in Psychology and to compliment her massage therapy. Magdalena attended ‘Beyond Trauma’ training at the Bristol College of Massage and Bodywork to be better equipt to work with individuals with PTSD, trauma, anxiety, depression and other emotional or distressing situations. 


‘I strongly believe that the early development of a healthy wellness routine can have a very powerful impact on people, improving their quality of life both now and for their future. This was the reason why I decided to complete my personal training course (HFE – level 2 in Gym Instruction, Jump Fitness – level 3 in Personal Training).’ 


Magdalena gained her initial personal training experience working as an exercise coach in a local rehabilitation clinic creating programs for people returning to fitness after injury or pregnancy. Now she is offering a private, 1 to 1 and small group (3-4 people) personal training sessions at The Gym in Cheltenham.

In 2016 Magdalena won the award for ‘Active Business Woman of the Year‘ for her efforts in promoting healthy lifestyles for businesswomen across Gloucestershire. Magdalena especially enjoys training with individuals new to fitness or those who want to return to fitness after a break – if you find yourself saying ‘I used to do’ or ‘I don’t do enough Pilates/yoga/gym…’ Magdalena will help you reignite your mojo!

  1. Loved the Massage!

    I went for my first massage with Magdalena today and loved it so much I immediately bought a voucher for my sister’s birthday / baby shower gift because I want her to experience it too. Magdalena spent time initially finding out about me and asking questions about my health and wellbeing, including giving useful advice that I can stick to. The massage itself was therapeutic, thorough and of course relaxing. I am a firm believer that holistic treatments are a necessity not a luxury. Everyone should have them regularly!
